THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • Weekly online workshop (the first and last workshop is 1.5hrs, all other workshops are 1hr with an optional additional 30-min Q&A after each workshop) and interactive discussions with your learning circle to integrate tools and apply habit change strategies for the coming week.
  • System with accountability partner (either chosen by you or if you prefer assigned by us) for daily connection.
  • Community WhatsApp group with your coaches for added support during the week.
  • While maximum benefits will come from live attendance, videos will be made available if a session needs to be missed.
