Linda Sinden

Teacher of Transcendental Meditation

Linda's first training was in education as a teacher. Her interest in human nature, self-actualisation and the essentials of well-being led Linda to learn Transcendental Meditation and then later train in Maharishi Ayurveda in 1989. She is widely experienced both as an educator/coach and Maharishi Ayurveda Consultant. She was the weekly insight writer for Maharishi Ayurveda Products in NZ for seven years, and readers globally enjoyed Linda's articles.

Soon after training as a Maharishi Ayurveda Consultant, Linda trained to be a teacher of Transcendental Meditation and continues to teach in Auckland, NZ.

With first-hand experience of trauma as a young one, Linda started her journey to heal herself. She has an affinity for those suffering from anxiety. She knows from personal experience that Maharishi Ayurveda offers a light at the end of the tunnel, able to help one restore anxiety to peace by cultivating calm and following one’s dreams.
