SuperHabits for Corporations

Building change resilience in the AI age

Artificial Intelligence is bringing a tsunami of change to the corporate world. The ability to adapt quickly to these changes is becoming a critical skill for organizations to be successful. The SuperHabits program trains employees to develop these change resilience skills.

Change resilience skills will also help employees to create better health habits as the same mechanisms prevent people from embracing change in their professional and personal lives. Health habits could be exercising more, eating a healthier diet, getting more sleep, spending more time outdoors, etc.

Most people have already experienced how difficult it is to deal with change without support and how easy it is to slip back into old behaviors. This is often due to challenges that reside in our subconscious minds—emotional triggers from the past, limiting beliefs, self sabotage, lack of confidence, and more. It is very difficult to tackle subconscious issues from the level of the conscious thinking mind.

That is why this program leverages our unique technologies of consciousness to tackle those deeper issues first, which will serve as a foundation for easier and smoother change. Through our SuperHabits System, we'll guide program participants step by step to discover who they are at this point in time, where they really want to go, and how they can bridge the gap to get there.

We have learned from years of working with thousands of clients the benefit of connection, and the value of going on these deep self-discovery journeys alongside like-minded people. That's why our program also focuses on everyone having an accountability partner for daily support and a learning circle for weekly reflection and digestion of the knowledge. This way participants can not only create SuperHabits but also SuperFriends for life!

The program consists of 10 workshops. Each week participants will learn different tools to support them in changing their chosen habit. Then, by applying it during the following week, they will learn how well that strategy works for them. Gradually they can build a custom habit change tool kit that is perfectly tailored to their unique needs.
