Sachin Deshmukh Click for full bio HideSachin Deshmukh is a trained homeopathic physician from India with over three decades of experience in integrative and holistic medicine, with a specific focus around the prevention and care of cancer .
He practiced medicine for ten years in India, where he headed the Department of Natural Therapy and Yogic Sciences at a general and cancer hospital in Pune. He also established Maharishi Ayurveda in cancer and general hospital settings in India.

Miriam Lodge Click for full bio HideMiriam Lodge brings a wealth of knowledge teaching human development programs at McKinsey & Company, and as a career coach, Consciousness Advisor and Transcendental Meditation teacher.
She is co-CEO of Maharishi Foundation Technologies, which offers the SuperHabits series and a number of other programs focused on developing the full potential of the individual. She is also a co-author of “SuperHabits For Success.”
Miriam graduated top of her class with her MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and Magna Cum Laude and Cum Laude from her Bachelors and Masters in Business Engineering from KuLeuven.

He is passionate about helping people change habits as a powerful foundation for a happy and healthy life.
Ted has authored a number of books with his father, Dr. Keith Wallace, including “SuperHabits For Success” combining his habit change expertise with their vast knowledge of Ayurveda.
He is currently an Agile Coach, a registered corporate coach (RCC), and works with some of the largest companies in the US.

Śankari Wegman Click for full bio HideŚankari Wegman, PhD, is an Ayurveda Health Practitioner and Lecturer with over 20 years of experience. She holds a PhD in Physiology and Health, an MS in Physiology with a focus on Maharishi AyurVeda, and is certified as a Maharishi Yoga Asana Instructor and Transcendental Meditation Teacher. Śankari has served as a consultant, speaker, and health coach, guided deeply by her mentor Vaidya Manohar. She has worked at The Raj Health Spa and the Integrative Wellness Clinic in Fairfield, Iowa. Currently, she is the Assistant Director of the Fellowship MS in Integrative Medicine and Ayurveda—the first of its kind recognized by the American Board of Integrative Medicine with a specialty in Ayurveda. She also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Maharishi School and as Faculty Trustee at Maharishi International University. Born in Bangalore, India, she is passionate about integrating Ayurveda into modern healthcare and enjoys exploring Yoga, Jyotish, art, and creative cooking.

Who is this retreat for?
Anyone who wants more clarity, focus, and the tools to cultivate meaningful habits.
This retreat isn’t just about learning—it’s about resetting and revitalizing your body and mind.
No prior experience is necessary, either with yoga, meditation or habit change. (hence feel free to invite your family and friends to join as well - everyone is welcome)
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore new ideas. We recommend a yoga mat or a blanket and a quiet space for participation.
Will there be a lunch break?
Yes! We’ll take a 1hr 15 min lunch break about halfway through (11 am PT, 1pm CT, 2pm ET), so it’s a good idea to have your meal ready in advance – whether it’s prepped in a slow cooker, delivered, or something quick and easy to prepare. For optimal digestion, we recommend taking a short walk before or after your meal.
