Good relationships are the basis for joy and growth in life. This applies to romantic relationships, family, professional connections or friendships. Yet many of us struggle to build and maintain positive, healthy relationships. This can create a lot of challenges.

The deeper issues behind relationship challenges often relate to the past. So they live in our subconscious. And if the problems are deep, the best solutions must also work from that level.

The SuperHabits for Happy Relationships program revolutionizes relationship support. It does this by using consciousness technologies to solve problems at their root. The program comprises two parallel and complementary streams.

  1. The SuperRelationships program which focuses on what to change to improve your relationships
  2. The SuperHabits program which supports you to actually make those changes

1. The SuperRelationships program

The first part is the SuperRelationships program. It gives you insights into the three pillars of relationships. Then, you can decide which changes you want to make to help your relationships. The three pillars are:

  1. Know Yourself: This is the foundation of your relationships. You can use self knowledge to influence your relationships in a positive way.
  2. Mind-Body Knowledge: This is key. You can use it to understand yourself and your partner. It's about your mind-body type. It drives your emotional and communication needs and also your sexual needs in romantic relationships.
  3. Communication Skills: Learn different styles of communication. Use practical exercises to improve mutual understanding and appreciation in your relationships.

2. The SuperHabits Program

The second part, the SuperHabits program, focuses on helping you implement the changes you want to make. Cultivating the right habits is not only critical for our health and wellbeing, but also to create and sustain healthy relationships so we can connect with people in a deeper and more meaningful way. Most people experience how hard it is to change habits and how easy it is to slip back into old behaviors. What many overlook is that the secret to positive change resides in our subconscious mind. That is why this program leverages our unique technologies of consciousness to tackle those deeper issues first, which will serve as a foundation for easier and smoother habit change.

The SuperHabits program consists of 10 workshops over a 10 week period. During each workshop you’ll learn different tools to support you in changing your chosen habit related to your relationships. Then, by applying it during the following week, you will learn which strategies work well for you.

We have learned from years of working with thousands of clients the benefit of connection, and the value of going on these deep self-discovery journeys alongside like-minded people. That's why our program also focuses on everyone having an accountability partner for daily support and a learning circle for weekly reflection and digestion of the knowledge. This way you can not only create SuperHabits but also SuperFriends for life!

    The success of these programs was built on her wealth of experience from years practicing as a consciousness-based psychologist with individual clients and on her ability to incorporate mind-body medicine as an Ayurveda consultant.

    She has also taught many thousands of people Transcendental Meditation (TM) and wrote her Thesis on the correlation between TM and the quality of marriage relationships.

    She is also the co-director of Thinking Skills Training, a training company which has delivered international management workshops over many decades.

  • Dr. Keith Wallace

    Dr. Wallace is a best-selling author who speaks globally on habit change strategies for healthy living, teaching thousands of people on the subject. His books include “Total Brain Coaching,” “16 Super Biohacks for Longevity,” “Self Empower,” and “Gut Crisis.”

    He travels globally lecturing at major universities on consciousness-based health programs and helped start the first three Maharishi Ayurveda clinics in the US.

    Dr. Wallace has a Ph.D. from University of California at Los Angeles and completed postdoctoral research at Harvard University.

    He is the founding President of Maharishi International University and currently Trustee and Head of the Department of Physiology and Health.
