Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this retreat for?
Anyone who wants to start the year with clarity, focus, and the tools to cultivate meaningful habits. This retreat isn’t just about learning—it’s about resetting and revitalizing your body and mind. No prior experience is necessary!

Do I need to prepare anything?
Just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore new ideas. We recommend a yoga mat or a blanket and a quiet space for participation.

Will there be a lunch break?
Yes! We’ll take a 1.5-hr lunch break about halfway through (12:00 PM Pacific Time), so it’s a good idea to have your meal ready in advance – whether it’s prepped in a slow cooker, delivered, or something quick and easy to prepare. For optimal digestion, we recommend taking a short walk after your meal.

Can I attend more than one day retreat?
Absolutely! Each retreat will offer unique perspectives and approaches, so you’re welcome to join as many day retreats as you like!
