THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • Weekly online workshop (the first workshop is 1.5hrs, consecutive workshops are 1hr) and interactive discussions with your learning circle to integrate tools and apply habit change strategies for the coming week.
  • System with accountability partner (either chosen by you or if you prefer assigned by us) for daily connection.
  • Community WhatsApp group with your coaches for added support during the week.
  • While maximum benefits will come from live attendance, videos will be made available if a session needs to be missed.
